Lovely little brasserie. We were greeted warmly, and the waitress explained that she had three daily specials left, which she would reserve for us upon request. Despite the lunchtime rush, the children were served first. A good experience with friendly and welcoming staff in a tourist town.

The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. My sister was crying, and the owner did everything she could to cheer her up, which was much appreciated.
The food is good and served in generous portions (almost too much). I recommend the fresh pasta with vegetables.
Also, the bar is great; they make delicious iced lattes and excellent mojitos.

The restaurant was empty when we sat down? A bad sign? Not always, but... The placemats were in poor condition and dirty. The children's menu arrived before the drinks/mocktails we ordered for our aperitif. The fries weren't bad. We ordered four drinks, but the waiter only brought three. The pesto sauce, advertised as "homemade," tasted far too much like jarred pesto to be truly homemade. The non-alcoholic cocktails were good. The Caesar salad wasn't bad, but nothing special—just a collection of lettuce. Stop by the Monfort next door; it's better.
