My favorite restaurant in the area. Every time we come to Oloron, we dine at L'Alisson. The prices are reasonable for a gourmet restaurant. The food is always very fresh and full of flavor. The dishes are beautifully presented. A sure value.

Excellent value for money! The staff are exemplary: welcoming, professional, and always smiling. The ingredients are fresh, which is evident in every dish. Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. A wonderful discovery that I highly recommend!

After this third visit to the restaurant, we can clearly conclude that the quality is there 🤩 The menu changes regularly and offers delicious, carefully selected dishes. The dishes, in addition to being delicious, are visually stunning. The value for money is more than reasonable. What's more, the staff is always very friendly. We are satisfied and will return 😌

18/04/2026: Wedding reception for a friend; the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch! I highly recommend it.
12/04/2026: Last night we came to eat with friends, we had a wonderful meal, special mention for the perfectly cooked scallops. My husband had a burger (he was eagerly awaiting my return). Time flew by, we had a fantastic evening, and as a bonus, the chef came to see us, we were able to congratulate him and chat about his cooking. We'll definitely be back!
