Passing through Oloron, we decided to try this small town restaurant. Simple regional cuisine, far from gourmet, but the ingredients seemed fresh. The main courses and desserts were rather small.

Excellent service! I arrived during peak service with a huge crowd, and the woman who greeted me was incredibly kind and professional, even though she was overwhelmed with work… The food was delicious. I will gladly return on my next visit. I personally thanked the woman for her kindness, and many establishments should take inspiration from this one. Business is still a story where no one should be left alone. 😊

Passing through Oloron-Sainte-Marie, we stumbled upon this lovely restaurant where we were greeted at 8:40 pm by a charming waitress. I tried the vitello tonnato with marinated artichokes, an unexpected surf and turf combination, a real treat! My husband had the calf's head with gribiche sauce, which he thoroughly enjoyed! We highly recommend this establishment! 😃

Gourmet and generous portions; we thoroughly enjoyed the dishes and their presentation. There were six of us, and we ordered different dishes. Delicious. Impeccable service.

Stayed overnight in this lovely area, and had evening meal at this Bistro. Extremely friendly hosts, and the food reasonable price, rustic proper French food, highly recommend.
