Perfect place to eat. Just what we were looking for. Excellent service from the young woman who went out of her way to understand us. The food was well-prepared and high-quality (the Caesar salad, the baby squid with chistorra sausage, the porcini mushroom fricassee, and the homemade crème brûlée dessert). It was a very hot day, but they have air conditioning and fans. 100% recommended.

The welcome was very good, but we had a very bad experience with customers seated next to our table after we arrived. They chatted incessantly, shouting, and two large dogs lay at our feet, shaking themselves off from time to time, without the restaurant staff saying a word. €16 for the pork ribs seemed a bit expensive, as they were practically all bone. Luckily, there were potatoes. The glasses of wine were very expensive for just two sips (over €4 or €5). But unfortunately, good restaurants are few and far between in Oloron Sainte Marie...

Having just arrived for our holiday, we were drawn in by the menu, which promised a very promising selection of homemade dishes. And... we weren't disappointed! Everything was delicious, with high-quality ingredients, expertly prepared and perfectly seasoned – a true delight. The welcome was charming, and the service professional and attentive.
