Well located but small bathroom with bathtub and toilet poorly placed in the bathroom, no coffee maker, cumbersome cleaning staff (vacuum cleaner and trolley in the corridors) good breakfast although a little expensive

A great welcome and service, a beautiful room in a good location, quiet and above all a superb atmosphere with its decoration and music at the top.

We popped in to this hotel on our walk home from the castle and we’re so glad we did! We received such kind service and hospitality from Camille. She accommodated us at the beautiful hotel bar and even gave some bon bons to our son. The property is stunning and couldn’t be in a better location. Next time we’re in Carcassone, we will definitely stay here! Thank you Camille for everything, we will be stay in touch! 🥰

Room is quite small so you can hardly open your big luggage. They provide local products for the breakfast. You can taste the real fruit and natural sweet on the jams. The yoghurt and croissants have home made taste. The location is just across to the castle.

1 night spent in this hotel. Originally we were supposed to be at Octoi but, being under construction, we were "upgraded" to Montmorency. The welcome is very pleasant, the people very welcoming and very attentive. Building 3⭐⭐⭐ is outside, which is not really disturbing given that access to the city is almost direct. The room is spacious enough, even if, for our taste, the decor is rather kitsch...but hey, everyone has their own tastes 😊. On the other hand, the bathroom is really tiny. Access to the toilets is in "fax" mode, which is just improbable for this type of establishment. The faucet is half wobbly, as is the power supply to the shower palm which is leaking. The shower screen leaks in the lower part so the bathroom ends up underwater, even if you are careful... in short, very bad rating for this point. Otherwise, we had a great stay, luckily 😁

Overall, I am won over by this hotel. It is true that it is cut into 2 parts but that doesn't bother me. The room is nicely decorated and well thought out. I turned off the heating but it's still hot, the bathroom is starting to need a little refreshing and the door handle to the terrace needs to be reattached but nothing too bad. The bed is comfortable, it is comfortable in the dark, quiet and very clean. The staff is really great. The bar is nice with its view of the castle but the music is too loud. On the spa side, a swimming pool which has a jacuzzi, water jet and counter-current swimming pool with a hammam. In terms of the massage, a sweet and attentive young lady with truly magical hands, I am on cloud nine with a complimentary drink at the end of the service, I highly recommend. Hotel very well placed for visiting the castle and a little extra for animal lovers, a doggie as a mascot very well accommodated. I recommend this hotel.

Service et accueil parfait Bémol le petit-déjeuner un peu élevé pour ce qu’il y a 18€/personne.. et l’hôtel divisé en deux : nous devons traverser la route pour bénéficier des services tel que le PDJ le spa ect En revanche emplacement excellent ! Accueil excellent ! Je recommande
