Generous portions! What more can I say... And the owner gave us great advice. Thank you for a wonderful evening: it was my birthday party followed by "my" fireworks display over the city of Carcassonne.

Absolutely incredible. It's "divine"... Be careful with the quantities: the boss assured me they love to fill up and give pleasure. Mission accomplished... And I swear we're not friends.

Friends and I strolled in here late after getting off the train on our way to our airbnb. Ordered the ceasar salad and it was fantastic. Additionally I asked for extra chicken, and they did not disappoint.

31/07/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The foie gras is excellent (I make it myself, so I can vouch for it)! Unfortunately, they're suffering from old reviews that are doing them a disservice... The beef skewer: very tender meat and impeccable homemade Roquefort sauce! Well done!
29/07/2026: Excellent cassoulet on the menu. A slice of homemade foie gras was delicious. Good fries too. Pleasant and quick service. Beautiful outdoor setting. Even though it was hot, it was well sheltered with a pleasant breeze.
