I can only give this father-and-son run restaurant 5 stars. I highly recommend it because we had a wonderful meal. We stumbled upon it by chance, but I couldn't have hoped for better. The entire staff was incredibly kind, and the food was of amazing quality. I'm posting some photos and I'll let you be the judge, but I assure you it's even better in person!

Absolutely incredible. It's "divine"... Be careful with the portions: the owner assured me they like to fill them up and give pleasure. Mission accomplished... And I swear we're not friends. Second visit in August, no surprises, quality and quantities were as promised, and finally a proper cassoulet... At last!

A great restaurant, very welcoming, they show you to your table, you choose the dishes, they're excellent, the servers are super friendly, and on the way out the manager gives the children a lollipop, clean, nothing to complain about, I'll come back if I'm ever in the area

The staff were welcoming, smiling, friendly, professional, and attentive.
The terrace is truly charming.
You can even bring your four-legged friend.
The meal was very good and generous.
The divine salad filled me up, and I have a hearty appetite! And as its name suggests, it was absolutely delicious!
Excellent value for money.
In short, a must-try if you're ever in Carcassonne. Go without hesitation, you won't be disappointed!

A very good experience; we were able to sit down to eat around 10 pm and others around 11 pm.
The sharing platter is perfect for four people, with good quality cheese and charcuterie.
We ate very well; the dishes were very generous with excellent ingredients.
The ice cream sundaes were also very generous.
