We discovered this restaurant during our recent visit to Carcassonne. It was a delightful surprise; from the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. We chose local dishes: a delicious and perfectly prepared cassoulet, and my wife ordered a duck confit that was cooked to perfection. We paired it with the house wine and a sundae for dessert. It was truly an amazing dinner, and I highly recommend this place.

A little disappointed compared to our previous visits.
The duck breast was very tough and a bit overcooked for my taste.
The gourmet salad was bland. The gizzards seemed to have been reheated several times. However, the foie gras was very good. What a shame! 🥲

A lovely place. We were treated with incredible kindness, and they even made an effort to communicate with us despite the language barrier. The best pasta carbonara I've ever had, and some fantastic pizzas. A very welcoming place and excellent value for money.

We've lived nearby for many years, but we only recently discovered this restaurant. It's so good that we've been three times in the last three weeks!
The menu offers something for everyone; we enjoyed all the homemade meat dishes, and the pasta and salads we tried were simply delicious. Plus, the portions are very generous. As for the atmosphere, the waitstaff is excellent and always smiling, while the owner, Xavier the maître d'hôtel, and the chefs take the time to chat with the customers to make sure everything is going well. You can go there without hesitation.

I can only give this father-and-son run restaurant 5 stars. I highly recommend it because we had a wonderful meal. We stumbled upon it by chance, but I couldn't have hoped for better. The entire staff was incredibly kind, and the food was of amazing quality. I'm posting some photos and I'll let you be the judge, but I assure you it's even better in person!

Absolutely incredible. It's "divine"... Be careful with the portions: the owner assured me they like to fill them up and give pleasure. Mission accomplished... And I swear we're not friends. Second visit in August, no surprises, quality and quantities were as promised, and finally a proper cassoulet... At last!
