A great place to eat. Fresh, quality produce, homemade cuisine. Excellent value for money. Weekday lunch menu with a starter buffet and daily special, plus a new house burger—a real treat! Plenty of choice on the menu too, with a special mention for the homemade foie gras and crispy goat cheese 👍 And all this with a very warm welcome.

Very good restaurant. We were a group of 25 people. Impeccable service. I recommend this restaurant.

Passing through St Savin to visit the Romanesque-style abbey. I recommend the guided tour at 10:30 a.m., which is truly of high quality, very well explained to the layman that I am. So at noon, where to have lunch? The pattypan squash with a menu at €14.50 and a room already full of regulars brought me in. Well received by the owner, the order quickly placed. I get up to access the buffet of simple raw vegetables and homemade terrine starters, the main course is quickly served, a hanger steak with homemade fries. And then for dessert, a lemon cream. The cream was so good that I asked the owner for a jar of this very good cream, she kindly offered it to me.

Wow. Great food. The menu of the day, is amazing value. Starter and main were amazing. Little disappointed with the desert. But gasto food with reasonable money.
