A very beautiful and good time. Heartwarming welcome. Beautifully decorated interior. A comforting fire in the fireplace. The chef delights us according to the seasons and flavors. We will return there to enjoy the outdoors!!

Abbaye du Thoronet

05/04/2024: We knew Silvacane and Senanque from our 2022 tour. Today the 3rd Cistercian Abbey and it tops everything. This absolutely simple place radiates so much peace and strength. I probably know 100 similarly old churches, but this one immediately came in first place. We took the tour and at the end of the tour the guide demonstrated the unique acoustics. A goosebumps moment and there was immediately absolute silence
02/04/2024: A very beautiful place, which is best visited accompanied by a guide. Emmanuelle was an excellent guide and made us appreciate the acoustics of the abbey by singing there. A unique moment!

01/11/2023: In the heart of the village, this pretty terrace was a very pleasant lunch break. Homemade dish of the day veal blanquette and good gourmet dessert. Thank you!
