05/04/2024: We knew Silvacane and Senanque from our 2022 tour. Today the 3rd Cistercian Abbey and it tops everything. This absolutely simple place radiates so much peace and strength. I probably know 100 similarly old churches, but this one immediately came in first place. We took the tour and at the end of the tour the guide demonstrated the unique acoustics. A goosebumps moment and there was immediately absolute silence

Emmanuelle was an excellent guide and made us appreciate the acoustics of the abbey by singing there. A unique moment!

03/12/2023: Today we came, me and my companion. Having called in advance to ask if it was possible to have a table for two. Arrived, 30 minutes later we took our drink order, then those for dishes, after an hour the dishes were served. Which can be understood if we show good faith. And we apologize for this one.
My dish, a sea bream with rice for 19 euros, was served in a saucepan in comparison with all the other customers of the restaurant served on plates as well as my companion. No apologies again.
By paying, disappointed, we can say that the waiting time is still quite disturbing.
Response from the waitress: it’s Sunday, it’s quiet.
Too bad we're not locals, so not the same service not the same portions.
The andouillette was good.
But the service is deplorable.
