A former resident of Milly-la-Forêt, now living in Maisse, I was passing through Milly today and bought two chocolate croissants… Well, that'll be the last time: they're clearly not fresh. Despite a phone call where they explained they were fresh and made on-site, I find it hard to believe. They're hard, as if they were at least two days old. The only thing that hasn't changed since the change of ownership is the welcome from the young woman who served me.

Every time I go to Milly, I buy some pastries. Their pastries are excellent, including a surprise: the Polonaise, it's amazing, you can't resist it.

An unexpected visit waiting for the pharmacy to open. We entered on whim to peruse the classic patisserie items. We noticed in the corner a delicious pistachio swirl. Seemingly unique, we purchased the entire stock (two items). We also ended up accruing various other enticing items. This bakery has a range of interesting options and sits overlooking the Milly la Forét market hall. Quality is as one would expect for the area and I’m sure we will be returning for the brilliant selection of delectable goods.

A wonderful discovery today. While passing by with friends, including a level 100 pastry chef, chocolatier, ice cream maker, and confectioner, we compared the windows of the two pastry shops around the square and decided to come to yours instead. Raspberry tartlet, lemon meringue, pain au chocolat: EXCELLENT. The 1-star reviews seem strange, completely inaccurate (competition?). The photos are certainly outdated, but the interior is now classy and refined! Thank you for this wonderful snack.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with you regarding the duo bakery because I have bought many cakes which were excellent. But today for a birthday I ordered a pink lady which in the end turned into a normal apple pie, so I am a little disappointed. (But if it was excellent) it is a shame that it is not with pink lady apples, it spoiled the experience, the visual and the taste a little.

Welcome to the new owners. I tried the bread and croissant, both very good. And three individual pastries, which are as beautiful as they are delicious. You may not find the same products as his predecessor, but the new owner brings something new, and that's very pleasant. I recommend it!

Very very disappointed by the new owner, the stone flute is not the same as before, lack of cooking and flour a little bland. It is not worth the price. Move on and go to the bakery Les Papilles in Courances with sourdough bread and croissants with Isigny butter, no frozen bread 😁👍👍👍
