What a disappointment! Since the menu was only in French and without a description of the contents, we used Google Translate to help ourselves. When we asked for more information, we were told that if we go to France, we have to speak French and they aren't required to help us. One of the two dining room managers was quite polite, but the other should change jobs. One of us even asked if there was pork in the dishes due to serious allergies. She was recommended a dish that contained bacon. When asked for an explanation, she replied that "usually there isn't." The food itself was very good, but the staff was disappointing.

Lost in the crowd on a Sunday, we stumbled upon this place. What a great idea! Very good, even excellent. The stew was incredibly tender, and the service was pleasant. I highly recommend it.

We chose the Alsatian menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was excellent, and the welcome and service were very pleasant. We also appreciated having a tablecloth and cloth napkins, which are increasingly rare these days! Highly recommended. Thank you.

11/03/2026: We were there for lunch. We took advantage of the buy-one-get-one-free offer. The meal was excellent.
07/03/2026: Birthday meal Very good, but I was disappointed because it was my birthday and there were no candles, and the dessert was changed at the last minute. As a resident of Eguisheim, familiar with the place, and having recently visited with 12 colleagues, I'm wondering if I'll come back.

16/02/2026: Authentic french food! We felt like we tried enough Alsatian food, and wanted to have something different. This restaurant was great - they had good french dishes and wines! The atmosphere was very cozy, it looked like a French restaurant. The owner (i think) spoke English well. The dishes were very tasty! Couldn't find pictures if all we ordered, but the pasta was good as well.
14/02/2026: A good restaurant. Really friendly waiter. Can't rate the room, came just to eat. Very good and generous menu. Recommends it.
