Good traditional Alsatian cuisine. Attentive service. I really enjoyed the sauerkraut. Be aware of the smell in the entrance coming from the downstairs restrooms. Perhaps a door would be helpful?

Very nice and friendly, but slightly old hotel, the room was decent, with a brand new toilet. The reception was super kind and helpful, the localisation perfect just next to the old centre. A super nice surprise for us was the great hotel restaurant, which was really crowded in the evening both by hotel guests and people from the outside. The breakfast was tasty, rich and made of quality products. Fully recommend 😊

A very warm welcome and excellent staff

A lovely hotel located at the entrance to the historic town center...just steps from the narrow streets where you can admire good restaurants, bars, wine taverns, half-timbered houses, and much more...the hotel has free parking for guests...breakfast is a buffet but costs extra...there's a nice terrace in front of the hotel entrance...the staff is very friendly and helpful...our room was under the roof...good bed, large room, and very nice bathroom...quiet and very cozy...we stayed for two nights and would gladly come back...

Great location to close your eyes for a night if you visit Alsace.

A wonderful discovery of this charming and historic place. Room 203 was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. We had a very good night's sleep. Breakfast was very good. The service was absolutely top-notch. From dinner to breakfast, the team was truly professional. Mia always had a smile on her face and a palpable kindness at every moment. Her humor was delightful. Don't change! 🥰 Kara, despite the shyness of youth in this profession, already displays remarkable courage for this young woman. Keep it up! 🥰 Laurent was the professional of the group we had during our stay. Always available and incredibly knowledgeable about his work. A role model for young people. Thank you! 🙏☺️ Pierre Alain, the restaurant manager, seems to manage his team very well. He was always available and very professional, always finding a solution. In short, we absolutely loved this establishment! 😍 Which will definitely become a favorite destination for us. ☺️☺️☺️

Very nice structure, large room but a little "old fashioned" and not very clean, bathroom not up to standard

A very nice hotel. The staff were excellent and very attentive to guests. The breakfast was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Everything was perfect 👍
