The Pope's farm Hostellerie sur Eguisheim

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. The staff were incredibly attentive and truly lovely. Everything was done to ensure we had a wonderful stay with our large dog. I recommend it 200% without hesitation.

Friendly stopover with decent rooms

Absolutely amazing service. Thank you to Lena who went out of her way for me and my family answering the phone at 12 am when we weren’t able to enter our Airbnb space. She went out of her way to get us a room and came back after her shift to take care of us. The rooms were very Sony and beautiful. Perfectly centered in the middle of the town. Thank you so much for Providing such a great experience for us! Huge thank you to Lena for making this happen!

We spent one night at this hotel; there were four adults and two children. The room for four was spacious with a mezzanine where the children loved to sleep. The decor is rustic, which is part of the hotel's charm. The breakfast was good and plentiful, with both sweet and savory options. The free parking at the back of the hotel is a real bonus. I would like to thank the staff for their warm welcome. We had a bit of a wait for breakfast, and they did everything they could to reduce it. Thank you again; we will gladly return.

We went to the restaurant. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and quick. Despite the crowd, the wait was reasonable. The meal was simple, very good, and generous. We quickly ordered the children's meal, and it was absolutely fantastic! I recommend it!

Returning for a business meeting, we followed our hearts and chose to stay at the Hôtel La Ferme du Pape. And once again, this place not only met our expectations… it exceeded them with rare warmth and generosity. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped by its warm, almost familial atmosphere, which immediately makes you feel expected, valued, and genuinely welcomed. Here, every smile is real, every gesture seems heartfelt. The remarkably kind staff embodies the very soul of this establishment: caring, attentive, and profoundly human. We didn't simply receive services, but a multitude of thoughtful gestures, caring glances, and small touches that, taken together, create a deeply moving experience. You feel important, valued… almost like being at home, but better. In a world where everything moves fast, where hospitality can sometimes become mechanical, La Ferme du Pape is a true haven of authenticity and human warmth. And for that, we wish to express our sincere and profound gratitude. A very good weekend in Eguisheim. The room was adequate. There were a few poorly placed electrical outlets and perhaps the sink could be unclogged... Otherwise, nothing to complain about – the staff were very welcoming and the restaurant's dishes were very generous and delicious. There's a large private parking lot at the rear. Excellent location.
