Saturday, 1 p.m., an interminable wait, over an hour before getting a drink, an unfriendly waitress even though we understood she needed help. The menu was decent, but the quality was barely there.

Avoid market days, which are Tuesday and Saturday. They can't keep up, the wait is long, and the experience is mediocre.
However, I have no doubt that it's really good on other days with delicious dishes, as other reviews mention 👍

I've been going there for a long time and I'm never disappointed. It's always a real pleasure to return to this restaurant where you almost feel at home. The welcome is warm, the staff attentive, and the quality has been consistent over the years.
The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and great care. And the fact that it's open even out of season is a real bonus!
A sure bet in Saint-Tropez, which I've been recommending without hesitation for years. 🤍
