Le Pescadou sur Gassin

A friendly welcome and we were shown to our table. There are only a few tables with a view. Since only three tables were occupied, we got the full force of the service, which didn't change even when it got a bit busier. The tables, which were far too small, were already set, but the server clearly lacked training. The aperitif was placed to the left of each place setting. Now, quickly, we had to take our order. Not another wine? You just brought us the aperitif; we'll decide later. The wine glasses were immediately taken away. After a few minutes, the appetizer arrived, which we ate with our aperitif. I still had the last piece of bread in my hand and was still chewing when the plates were cleared away. Now, quickly, we had to order the wine. And then the main courses arrived. The plates were extremely hot, and we were told to wait. I immediately understood why. My meat was only lukewarm, the vegetables even colder. The sauce, however, had a skin on it. Clearly, the food had been kept warm. That explains the server's haste. ``` The quality of the food was good, as far as one could judge under the circumstances. We finished with dessert in an hour. The bill was already on the sideboard with the dessert. The credit card charge is to Emeraude. That's a shame.

We discovered a warm, cozy, and peaceful restaurant, a welcome change from the hustle and bustle sometimes found elsewhere. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was exceptionally pleasant and attentive. The hostess professionally recommended several dishes, which convinced us to stay for dinner. We certainly didn't regret it. Everything was perfect: the quality of the food, the presentation, the service, and the attention to detail. The staff truly went above and beyond throughout the meal, in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. A wonderful discovery that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will be back very soon!

The service was very attentive and friendly. We had a set menu; the price/performance ratio was acceptable. Reservations are recommended. However, the tables were so close together that we didn't feel entirely comfortable. Only a few seats offered a view.

We went to dinner with a couple of friends on Saturday evening at Le Pescadou, and received a warm welcome. Besides its lovely location, the service was impeccable and the food delicious. A very good place to remember.

Superb place. In the evening, there's a set menu and a few à la carte options. It's more than enough. Very, very good food. The staff is incredibly attentive. I highly recommend it. And the view...wow!

Impressive restaurant. Service worthy of a true fine dining establishment. The staff is meticulous and attentive. The food: needless to say, it's simply exceptional. The portions are reasonable, especially considering we opted for the Pescadou menu (starter, main course, and dessert). Another plus is the view from the terrace, the only one with an unobstructed view – a real bonus. The prices are very reasonable given the quality of the restaurant.
