A truly wonderful discovery: refined cuisine made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, served in a warm, understated setting where good taste shines through, and aesthetically pleasing nonetheless. The staff is attentive, friendly, and professional. Lunch and dinner menus are different and change very regularly to reflect the seasons. There's not a single flaw; the city desperately needed a restaurant like this, offering modern and elegant cuisine. We will gladly return!

The service was simply outstanding. They were even multilingual. The dishes were thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, something went wrong with our dessert, hence the slight deduction.

Restaurant in Colmar, excellent service, one of the most extensive wine lists in the city, very short but good dinner menu, three starters, three main courses and three desserts, complete menu without drinks 49 euros per person, the cost of dinner for three people with complete menus and a very good bottle of wine 201 euros, it's neither too much nor too little, it's a very, very good restaurant, they serve in French, English and German.

04/09/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us, and it's fantastic—the food, the service, and the price. The waiter was amazing, spoke Spanish, and provided excellent service. The cook was also very good. 100% recommended.
03/09/2026: My partner and I had lunch there today and were pleasantly surprised by this very friendly, small-group restaurant. The flammekueches are excellent and the staff are very welcoming! It was a great culinary experience, I highly recommend it 👍🏻

18/08/2026: Beautiful setting. Perfect service. Pleasant interaction. The value for money, however, wasn't great in my opinion. The food was rather ordinary but expensive. The menu offered a fish tartare, but what arrived was a slightly dry terrine with mayonnaise and salad. We expected something different. The meat was expensive and nothing special. The prices are high for what it is. Overall, I was satisfied.
