Rounded up from 4.5 stars. The staff were exceptional (it appeared to be a 4 person team across the kitchen and front of house). Lovely food, fantastic wine, and I really enjoyed the ethos of the place. The latter is perhaps reflected in the price of this restaurant not being cheap.
I managed to squeeze in as a solo diner without a reservation. I have at times in Colmar/Alsace not felt the service was particularly good, especially as a solo diner, but here it was great. I really appreciated the great descriptions of the wine in particular in English.
I had three courses, with wine pairing. Lovely touches with a small appetiser and with the bill.

It was quite good. I can't say the food was impressive, there were no gastronomic surprises, but it was a good dinner.
The staff (a female waiter and a male sommelier) were pleasant and professional. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed.
Unfortunately, there was no hot dish available from the already small menu (and the choice was essentially just two options: fish and venison), so the already limited selection was narrowed down to just one dish.

A truly wonderful discovery! ✨ We had a fantastic time, both in terms of the experience and the food. The cuisine was simply exceptional, with incredibly flavorful dishes. A real culinary delight!
We also greatly appreciated the sommelier, who was passionate and offered excellent advice, making our experience even more enjoyable. 🍷
The restaurant's ambiance was a bonus: warm, friendly, and full of charm.

The two of us had a two-course and a three-course meal.
Overall, the food was good, however, the venison was a bit disappointing due to the amount of tendons, making it difficult to chew.
At around €130 for two people, we felt it was a little overpriced.
On the other hand, the service was very friendly and attentive.
All in all, a lovely evening with good food and excellent service.

A truly wonderful discovery: refined cuisine made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, served in a warm, understated setting where good taste shines through, and aesthetically pleasing nonetheless. The staff is attentive, friendly, and professional. Lunch and dinner menus are different and change very regularly to reflect the seasons. There's not a single flaw; the city desperately needed a restaurant like this, offering modern and elegant cuisine. We will gladly return!
