Extraordinary !!! The main course, the starter, the dessert: an explosion of flavor. Trout croquettes on pumpkin cream, pig cheek cooked in cider with polenta, and a crunchy and melting dessert at the same time. And for 24 euros!!!!

Excellent place in Nantes. Absolutely worth knowing.
Refined cuisine at the top, very well explained when serving.
I will come back there. And that's where you can eat knives... a product very rarely offered on Nantes tables.
Well, it's just a little tight in a light atmosphere and a tad noisy, but so nice that the joy of the taste buds can easily make you forget.

Super delicious food.
There is not much on the card, but it is really good.
You get a really good introduction to the individual dishes.
The dishes are so finely balanced and tasty, the best piece of pork I have ever had, so tender, juicy and tasty.
Super service and good food, I would like to eat here again.

I think it’s my favorite restaurant in Nantes to this day. The pork pluma was just amazing. You can go there with your eyes closed.

Ambiance décontractée
Service attentif et souriant
Une cuisine bistronomique à base de produits frais.
Les cuissons sont précises.
Les prix sont doux.
En plein centre ville, tout près de la place Graslin mais un peu en retrait de l'agitation.
Très bonne adresse.
Peu de tables, il vaut mieux réserver.
