20/11/2024: Our experience at **La Chaumière** was simply exceptional! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who immediately put us at ease, and this moment set the tone for a memorable evening. We started with an aperitif in front of the fireplace, a cozy and pleasant atmosphere which allowed us to relax before the meal. A real moment of conviviality and sharing. The meal itself was a real feast. We opted for a **four-course** menu, followed by a **cheese** platter and **dessert**. Suffice it to say, it was **plenty**, but every bite was a treat. The dishes were not only delicious, but also perfectly balanced, combining finesse and generosity. The chef demonstrates great mastery in the harmony of flavors and the choice of products, which made every moment of the meal unforgettable. Another striking element of the experience at La Chaumière is the attentive presence of the chef. He takes the time to regularly visit the tables to interact with the guests. This gesture adds a very human touch and further strengthens the link between the kitchen and the customers, which is not always common in starred establishments. In summary, the **Chaumière** is more than just a starred restaurant; it is a place of life and pleasure where we feel welcomed like privileged guests. 11/11/2024: A wonderful stay in every way at La Chaumière. The welcome is very warm, whether for the hotel or the restaurant. The dishes offered are excellent and mastered to perfection. We also loved the desserts, not very sweet and original. I can only recommend that you make a stop to discover the cuisine of chef Joël Cesari and his team!
