05/09/2026: A very positive experience; the food was excellent and the flavors surprising. The service was top-notch, with our waitress being very pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend it. My only complaint is that one of the waiters was dressed so casually (sort of like pajama shorts) – a real faux pas in my opinion!

03/09/2026: A true gem 🤤 An absolutely exceptional experience at Le Gustalin! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The setting is both cozy, intimate, and convivial—exactly what you're looking for to have a wonderful time. The food is a real treat! Fresh, local, and perfectly prepared ingredients, expertly cooked dishes, and flavor combinations that truly showcase the Jura region while adding a touch of creativity. Special mention goes to the Vin Jaune soufflé, a true marvel and a signature dish of the restaurant. The plates are beautifully presented, generous, and above all, bursting with flavor. The service is also impeccable: smiling, attentive, and professional, without ever being intrusive. Le Gustalin is clearly a must-visit in Dole. Sincere, generous, and refined cuisine, a friendly team, and excellent value for money. A wonderful discovery and, above all, a place we'll be recommending to everyone we know. Bravo to the chef and the entire team, we'll be back with great pleasure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
