Very good time spent for my best friend's birthday. The cuisine was top notch, fine and truly excellent dishes. The owners are great...we will come back with great pleasure.

A restaurant that goes unnoticed given its discreet location. High quality cuisine focused on fish but not only. Impeccable service. Appropriate prices. Highly recommended!

Very good cuisine. My advice: Passion tuna tartare, scallops and roasted cauliflower and roasted pineapple for dessert. We loved it !

Excellent restaurant, good value for money

La romanee is a bistronomic rather than a gastronomic restaurant, having worked in both, the gastronomic there is more time between each course, the cheese is offered before dessert to make more sales because not being from the region I I would have really liked to have some cheese and I would have preferred to wait 10 minutes after the cheese for the softness. Bad timing between the room and the kitchen. This is my first time in this restaurant and having 15 years of experience in catering, the menu at €36 is not expensive for starter, main course and dessert. My criticisms are constructive criticisms and not negative ones. My sincere greetings to the bosses. Negative points: - no music - we hear the waitresses chatting (when the room is empty) - we hear the conversation of the other tables - lack of learning from young waiters (we don't serve 1/2 of white Pouilly Fuisse without a jump with ice cubes) - no explanation when serving the dishes (customers like to remind them of what they have taken and removes the shyness of the waitresses) -Fast service for customers in time to eat :) - cannot taste good Jura cheese because the softness is already about to come out - too bright for my taste, a little more subdued, it would have more charm Positive points: - very friendly waitress and they are at the level of their professionalism - beautiful frame - good food, hot dish, the soft dish lives up to its name, nothing to complain about. - the wine list is favored by wines from the region

Restaurant dans une petite rue calme non loin du très joli centre ville de Dole. Cave voûtée magnifique, quelques tables, des fleurs fraîches et des petites bougies... Charmant à souhait. Menu unique avec choix entre 3 entrées, 3 plats et 3 desserts pour 36€. Produits frais et accords parfaits et surprenants en même temps : j'ai opté pour un Cabillaud en écaille de Morteau succulent. Pensez à réserver, vous ne serez pas déçu !

Restaurant exceptionnel. La qualité de la nourriture est juste parfaite. Vous pouvez rentrer les yeux fermés, le restaurant en lui même est très beau avec ses pierres voûtés. Les plats proposés sont excellents avec des produits frais et de qualité. Merci pour ce moment
