Nice burger bistro on Rue Mouftard. There were 4 of us and we had the BigBig Burger. Which lives up to its name very well. The prices are correct and the service efficient.

A good establishment located around Place de la Contrescarpe, both for having a drink and eating a meal. Possibility of eating on the terrace in good weather, and even when it rains (there is a large awning). The interior room is very warm, well decorated and rather quiet even if the music is a little loud. We went there in the middle of the afternoon, so the establishment was not very busy. Regarding the menu, the prices offered here are also rather affordable, even if certain products remain relatively expensive in terms of quality and quantity. This is particularly the case of the avocado toast at €13 which is not worth its price (the toast floats on a sea of ​​salad and the avocado was not very ripe). As for the rump steak at €16, you get what you pay for with meat that was very tender and cooked to perfection, accompanied by its pepper sauce and tasty homemade fries. Fast and efficient service. However, the tables would benefit from being a little larger. To test !

The cafe is just up the road from where I’m staying, it’s close to the metro and easily reachable if you don’t live around the area. Owner is super friendly and nice. Very helpful in recommending food, since it’s breakfast, we decided to go with simple brekkie stuff. The honey was a really nice touch to the bread, it was very yummy. The cafe is also very quaint and lovely!

nice staff, great atmosphere and music, and exquisite food. the steak was very well cooked, quesadillas were so juicy, and we had 2 other burgers, the blue burger and the bacon burger, they were so good, maybe a too much caramelized onions for my preference inside the burger.
