Despite arriving almost at closing time, we were greeted with a smile and a perfect welcome. The food was delicious, plentiful, and the service was friendly :) Thank you for this wonderful meal!

We had a pleasant time, very good food, very good welcome from the chef, we appreciated that the chef came to see us at the end of the meal to find out if everything had gone well.

We ordered the daily special. The meat was excellent, and we were well served, both in terms of quantity and by the waitress. We also had a wonderful encounter with a regular. A wonderful memory of Kaysersberg.

On the edge of the old town, parking in front of the restaurant which is not a typical Alsatian house. Traditional cuisine, hearty and tasty, the ham and sauerkraut were excellent, accompanied by a horseradish sauce and unfortunately undercooked potatoes.

05/02/2026: A wonderful welcome from the moment we arrived. The valet parked our car in the hotel's private parking lot and explained the history of the Witches' and Thieves' Tower. 🙂 They even took our luggage to our room. The receptionists were all smiles. The hunting-themed decor in the entrance was lovely and very pretty. The room was spotless, clean, and spacious, with a balcony offering a magnificent view of the tower. We ate in the Winstub (Alsatian wine bar), and what a treat! The venison was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, simply perfect. The service was quick and the staff friendly—nothing to complain about! Breakfast in our room was generous and very good. Thank you for the jar of jam and the kugelhopf; we will gladly return!
05/02/2026: Impeccable, everything was perfect. I'm a roofer in Alsace (Elsass Rénov) and I was there with my workers; we really enjoyed the restaurant. I stayed one night with my wife and again, impeccable, don't change a thing! 🙂

14/12/2025: A wonderful family outing to end our visit to the Christmas market. The welcome was warm, the wine recommendations were excellent, and the absolute highlight was the tarte flambée – a real treat! The prices are reasonable and the staff are incredibly attentive. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return to have more time to enjoy the desserts. Tip: be sure to book ahead as it's very popular.
08/12/2025: A very nice restaurant, pleasant staff, and the flammekueche were very, very good – a sure bet in Kaysersberg.
