We went to eat at the restaurant last night. The service was a bit lacking (the table next to us never received a menu; we had to give it to them), and the waiter was rather rushed. I ordered a glass of wine, and I doubt it contained the legally required 12.5 cc. Otherwise, the tarte flambée was very good. The evening dessert menu wasn't up to date. They're probably just resting on their laurels a bit too much.

The tarte flammee’ was ok. The service was very unfriendly, at least the male bold waiter who served us. He was so unfriendly that the table besides us left without ordering. He was also disrespectful to an old lady at another table. The waitress seemed nice but unfortunately she wasn’t serving our table.

Discovered thanks to the Gourmet Passport and what a wonderful find! The tarte flambée is truly excellent. The staff is top-notch. Absolutely nothing to complain about; we will return with great pleasure and will happily recommend them.

Excellent savory and sweet tarte flambée. The savory tarte flambée with fresh herbs and ham was delicious, as was the apricot, honey and rosemary tart.

We had a great time at Flamme and Co. We chose the tasting menu, and the portions were quite generous. It was really nice to be able to try several different flammekueche in one menu. The flammekueche were very good. The staff were very friendly.

05/10/2026: We received a very warm welcome! A great find for a peaceful meal in this touristy area. This little restaurant is just a few hundred meters from the bustling center of Kaysersberg. This means we enjoyed an equally delicious meal in a more relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. And all at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend it!
02/10/2026: A wonderful discovery by chance! A warm welcome, a very friendly and attentive chef who readily accommodated my requests. I ordered the chateaubriand: excellent meat, perfectly prepared. Absolutely no complaints, I highly recommend it!

06/09/2026: A dinner that's truly worth the trip. The dishes are masterpieces; each course is prepared with exquisite care and a level of attention to detail rarely equaled. As an accompaniment, let the sommelier guide you with his wine and tea selections. The timing of the service and the pauses are perfectly calibrated to allow your palate to fully relax. Two minor points, however: 1. I found the chicken very well executed, but lacking the originality found in the other dishes. 2. I think the restrooms are a bit far from the tables, requiring climbing two flights of stairs. I therefore don't know if there is easy access for people with reduced mobility.
30/08/2026: An exceptional experience at La Table d’Olivier Nasti. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the warm welcome to the impeccable service. Every member of staff contributed to making this moment unique, with great professionalism and attentiveness. The dishes were remarkably precise and creative, but a particular favorite was "L’Insolite": a tartare showcasing the king of Alsatian forests, enhanced by Oscietra caviar (Maison Kaviari) and an Alsatian gentian ice cube. A dish as surprising as it was balanced, where each bite tells a story and highlights the Alsatian terroir with great finesse. An exceptional establishment that fully deserves its reputation. We left with wonderful memories and only one desire: to return.
