Classic Alsatian tarte flambée with a modern and diverse twist. The menu features the most amazing variations, ones you'd never think of on your own. The ambiance is modern, the service is very relaxed, and the food was delicious. The seating is pleasant both inside and out. We'll definitely be back! Next time, we'll try the sweet versions.

A real treat!! The waitress was extremely kind; it's very pleasant to eat in this setting. I'll add that the flammekueche are delicious; I've never had any so good. A special mention for the banana chocolate flammekueche!

We go to this restaurant quite regularly. We always find the same high quality of food: delicious and generous portions. Impeccable service from experienced and very friendly waitresses and waiters. Warm atmosphere. Very pleasant setting. The owner is very attentive to customers. Don't pass by this FLAMS without trying their famous FLAMMENKUCHES.

21/08/2026: A good restaurant just outside Kaysersberg, away from the overly touristy places. The dining room is spacious and parking is easy. The friendly service is excellent. The value for money is quite reasonable. I highly recommend this place.
10/08/2026: I went here based on reasonably good reviews. The food was fine, but nothing special. What disappointed me was the austere and dull decor of the terrace and restaurant; I don't find it a cozy place to sit.
