We had a great time at Flamme and Co. We chose the tasting menu, and the portions were quite generous. It was really nice to be able to try several different flammekueche in one menu. The flammekueche were very good. The staff were very friendly.

Fantastic restaurant! The flammekueche was delicious, the meat excellent, the homemade fries and the mustard sauce sublime. The staff were super friendly and attentive... pure bliss!

The flatbread type Flames (swiss pizza) were tasty, but service was a bit inattentive. It was also quite warm inside.

Lovely restaurant, got a table on the terrace despite being fully booked. Nice beer made by the restaurant ("bière rousse"). The flammekueche are very good and varied. Simple and friendly service.

We had lunch at this restaurant during our visit to the city. A wide selection of tarte flambée, so tempting it was hard to choose. A nice touch for vegetarians: they offer three tarte flambée options. We tried two original tarte flambées: the first with gravlax salmon and the second with burrata. Both tarte flambées were delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. The service was impeccable! Thank you for the experience and the warm welcome.

The restaurant is modern and stylishly decorated. We had four very delicious tartes flambées. The service was quick and the staff were friendly.

On a Friday evening in August we ran into this place at the end (or beginning?) of Kaysersberg’s main street. As a vegetarian it’s hard to find places in this town and we didn’t make a reservation. But! Flamme was a gem! We sat on the terrace in the evening sun and had lovely drinks and Flammé. Do NOT skip dessert. We had both the lemon merengue and the very special crème brûlée and they were crazy delicious. Nice service too. We loved this evening and the food.

21/08/2026: A good restaurant just outside Kaysersberg, away from the overly touristy places. The dining room is spacious and parking is easy. The friendly service is excellent. The value for money is quite reasonable. I highly recommend this place.
10/08/2026: I went here based on reasonably good reviews. The food was fine, but nothing special. What disappointed me was the austere and dull decor of the terrace and restaurant; I don't find it a cozy place to sit.

06/06/2026: The hotel meets all the requirements of a high-end hotel. The Table Olivier Nasti boasts a 2-Michelin-starred cuisine. Years ago, Olivier Nasti was a guest chef at Monopol Luzern, which is why we visited him. Unfortunately, we didn't meet him.
