Good restaurant, friendly atmosphere. Be warned, the place is noisy and not suitable for everyone, especially a local guide who boasts about being level 7 and doesn't know the pass time rules 🤣

I visited this place coming from Spain and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is located in a small town, and I was struck by the contrast between the restaurant's interior and the town's peaceful atmosphere. I had never tried Alsatian pizzas before, and they were excellent. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, and they've added a touch of mint to their pizzas. I really enjoyed the place, the service, and the food.

We were a little surprised at first when looking at the menu, no starters and no bread, but in the end we were very happy, warmly welcomed by friendly staff. We finally chose the ribeye steak which was exceptionally cooked with a subtle hint of stone cooking, and for dessert a red and green apple flammekueche with cinnamon flambéed with Calvados – it was superb! The bill was very reasonable for what we chose.

Whether you prefer classic tarte flambée or more creative creations, it's always a treat to eat at Flamme and Co. A particular favorite is the apple and Calvados. A restaurant frequented by locals, a sure sign of quality! See you soon!

The tarte flambée was very good, except for the rice pudding/sesame/mango one, which lacked a bit of zing. The waiter was a bit odd, nervous, and defensive. The decor wasn't very chic; we were expecting something else. We weren't offered a table upstairs.

28/03/2026: This is an exceptional address. First, the hotel itself. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was incredibly attentive. Nothing is left to chance. We had spa treatments and services, both excellent. But it's Nasti's restaurant that's the real treasure. A five-course menu of the highest caliber. We were invited to see the kitchen and received by the chef himself. Having experienced several two-Michelin-starred restaurants, I can say this is on par with three-star cuisine. Original dishes, beautifully presented. I applaud this establishment, a true jewel of French gastronomy.
