We arrived at 1 p.m. on June 2nd. A deluge of rain had just hit the terrace and the city. We were greeted warmly as all the other customers were being moved inside. The waiter seated us, explaining that there would be a slight delay. Despite the weather, we were served exceptionally well: smiles, attentiveness, kindness, competence, hospitality, speed—everything was perfect. I would gladly return to this restaurant if it weren't for the 600 km distance. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Oh my god. This was the most unexpected best meals of my life. The steak and dauphinoise potatoes were great but the rum baba desert was out of this world. Best desert i have ever eaten. Such a nice surprise on a one night stop over. Need to lie down and recover...

11/04/2026: What a pleasant surprise this Sunday lunchtime! Well-behaved dogs are welcome. The food is good and the service is friendly and welcoming. A lovely time spent in a pleasant setting, and I'll definitely be back. An added bonus is that just a short walk away you can stroll along the Moselle River to aid digestion, with a magnificent view of the Prémontré Abbey.

09/05/2026: An exceptional place. Reservations are essential. The wood-fired oven is cooked to perfection. Seated at the tables facing the counter, I was able to witness every step of the process: the person in charge of the oven cooking, those preparing the side dishes, the plating, etc., and I saw the plates being prepared. The bone marrow is a must-try. On our plates, we enjoyed the butcher's cut and calf's liver, along with the cauliflower gratin. A real treat. The strawberries were superb. The whipped cream was delicious. The dishes are delicious and generous. Enjoy the photos and go experience it for yourself.
