We really liked it again. Typical French bistrot, with simple and good cuisine. A great place to stay.

We had a sea salad and a steak tartare. Both very good and both portions very large. In total, with coffee, water and beer, we spent 50 euros, which is absolutely fair to the place, the quality of the food and the very good service.

Very well located in the pedestrian area and a stone's throw from the beach. Excellent knife-cut steak tartare as well as the ice cream sundaes.

Les plats étaient bons, plus de poissons à la carte (épuisé), le prix correct pour un restaurant du bassin. Les 3 serveurs étaient au top, je ne mets que 3 étoiles car le patron n’est pas agréable et il parle mal à ses employés.

We had dinner there as a family (seven people) and we were all satisfied. Very friendly staff and fast service despite the crowds on August 15th. The boss brought us a plate of charcuterie during the aperitif (to wait, he told us!). I recommend this place. Little plus, its position on a quiet little square, therefore without cars.

J'allais dans ce restaurant depuis des années et c'était un excellent rapport qualité prix avec une cuisine soignée et un joli dressage. Désormais c'est une présentation basique et des plats moins originaux malgré des prix identiques, dommage...

12/12/2023: Nous allons régulièrement dans ce petit théâtre convivial en couple ou avec des amis. Les pièces sont bien jouées. On s’échappe de son quotidien, on rit bien. On réserve aisément, il faut s’y prendre parfois à l’avance. C’est une sortie agréable sans les coûts et les efforts de rentrer de Bordeaux la nuit tombée. La famille Labat nous accueille toujours avec le sourire.

30/08/2024: very good mussels, good settings, pleasant staff, super cool restaurant!
29/08/2024: We shared a dinner with my teenager, having tapas to share as a starter and mussels marinière as a main course. The meal was plentiful and good. Positive point on the quantity and on the homemade mayonnaise. The meal is at the level of a good French brasserie. Our server Pierre was extremely kind and pleasant. We will be happy to come back for a weekend.
