Sublime. We start with a warm welcome, smiling and with humor.
And then after a festival of flavors.
We did the whole thing: appetizer with aperitif, starter (crispy with crumbled pork trotters!!), main course, cheeses (including a gorgonzola with flavored truffle), dessert, coffee. The addition is not overwhelming, just like the digestion which is done perfectly. No feeling of heaviness. These are fresh products, and everything is homemade. Very fast service.
I highly recommend it, especially for the area where really quality restaurants are rare.
