I 100% recommend Le Phare. The food is simple yet home-style, the servers are incredibly attentive and will ensure you enjoy the experience, and the view of the port of St. Martin is breathtaking. Don't hesitate!

The setting is very pleasant, the restaurant's decor is lovely. The service is also very nice. Unfortunately, the food is somewhat lacking in quality. The dishes lack seasoning and refinement.

Excellent experience at Le Phare restaurant on Île de Ré! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the ambiance to the dishes, which were as beautiful as they were delicious. A huge thank you to Anna, our server, for her warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism throughout the meal. Impeccable service, a pleasant setting, and flavorful cuisine: an address I wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back!

The service was attentive and very friendly; we were seated quite quickly despite the restaurant being absolutely packed (and it's large!).
We were seated in the outdoor chalet, which was very well heated and had great French music playing, where we enjoyed delicious winter dishes.
However, the dishes were served without any fuss, and the portions were rather small for the price, even sadly empty (for example, the roasted Mont d'Or cheese, €18, served alone with some potatoes taken straight from the bag).
