I don't want to give less than 4 stars to avoid lowering the rating even further because the staff seem to be genuinely trying, especially the waiter with the shoulder-length hair. However, guys, the coffee machine nozzle is in such a terrible state! The potatoes in the galette are incredibly dry and I think they've been cooked for ages. The prices would be justified if the recipes were actually well-made, but as it is, it's just okay. This Google review isn't meant to be a slap in the face, but rather an encouragement. Good luck and keep improving!

Today, my "Feathers and Taste Buds" column takes you on a wonderful culinary journey to Le Phare in Les Sables-d'Olonne, where both the food and the service were exceptional. The cuisine truly captivated us with its quality and rich flavors. The dishes are meticulously crafted, refined, and indulgent, with beautifully balanced combinations. The flavors are present without being overpowering; the different elements harmonize perfectly, and you can sense the genuine care and attention to detail behind each dish. It's the kind of cuisine that makes you want to linger and savor every bite. But what also makes a difference is the quality of the service. The welcome is warm, friendly, and genuine. The team is attentive, available, and professional, striking the perfect balance between presence and discretion. You truly feel welcomed and supported throughout the meal, which greatly enhances the experience. And what excellent recommendations they offer! It's always a pleasure to find a place that doesn't just focus on what's on the plate, but also places equal importance on the welcome and well-being of its customers. And to end on a much less gastronomic note, but absolutely essential in my opinion 😂: the Get 27 is served as it should be, without crushed ice! 💚 Only true connoisseurs will understand the importance of this detail. 😉 A place in Les Sables-d'Olonne where we had a wonderful time, with delicious flavors, excellent service, and a real desire to return. I highly recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A very satisfactory menu selection for a crêperie. The galettes were excellent and well-filled, the crêpes a little crispy, but good.
