A gem, EPD lunch at 23e, everything is perfectly cooked, in the evening a little more expensive but it's bistronomic, very friendly staff, it's perfect and the menu changes regularly 🤌

One of the best restaurants in Toulouse, with quality always maintained: inventive recipes using fresh produce, perfect presentation and ultimately tasty dishes that we enjoy discovering. Marc Gineste loves his job and this is felt in the plate.All at very competitive prices.In summer the calm of the tree-lined and shaded terrace is a real plus.

Very warm welcome and very good meal in this restaurant. The meal was enjoyed by everyone, 2 young children and 2 adults. Fresh products, good flavors, we recommend without worries. The staff is attentive and always smiling. We were late and our reservation was maintained, very good contact. THANKS

We got a gift voucher for 3 courses at Christmas, a surprise menu that awakened our taste buds! Only fresh, quality products, inventive and modern cuisine with very friendly staff, the financier with oat ice cream (I think) was to die for. A very nice evening, thank you!

27/03/2024: I had already come many years ago (at least 30 years ago) to this good cassoulet address, and I had very good memories of it. Eager to introduce our emblematic dish to colleagues from other regions, and to change a little from my other usual addresses, we chose this address. And we were not disappointed. Very good, rich and tasty cassoulet. The goose confit was perfect and so were the beans. Washed down with a Clape wine (Château Bouysset - les bécassines). Only happiness. Very pleasant service. I wouldn't wait 30 years to go back
