A delightful surprise in the charming village of Ceillac. We initially discovered this restaurant for an afternoon snack of delicious Viennese hot chocolate, and the owner shared the village's history with us through a photo exhibit. We then returned for lunch, and everything was truly excellent, beautifully presented, and very reasonably priced. The lovely decor and warm welcome further enhanced the experience. I highly recommend this establishment.

What a lovely discovery after a good snowshoe hike in the cold! A very warm welcome, a table next to the wood-burning stove to keep us cozy, we enjoyed a good drink, and the crepes and waffles were delicious. If we ever pass through Ceillac again, we will gladly return, perhaps even for dinner 😊

We came for dinner at the beginning of the winter season (Christmas week) and received a warm welcome.
The menu looked appealing, and we weren't disappointed: delicious dishes with a touch of originality, featuring vegetables (which are all too often piled high with starches elsewhere for convenience). A selection of wines by the glass was available. And the desserts were generous!

The main dishes we had (fish stew and lamb in pita) were very good. My personal recommendation for the creme brulée would be to fire up the top of it to make it crunchy and for the pavola to add more berries, especially in this region where there is an abundance of blueberries and raspberries. The atmosphere inside is very cosy and the service good.
