Le Pilier des Anges is located on the street directly opposite Strasbourg Cathedral. It's well-situated and quite lively because it's a pedestrian street, so you won't see any cars, just tourists, tourists, and more tourists, all mesmerized by the place. The service is excellent, and the food is simply divine. It's a great spot to enjoy French cuisine with a German twist, creating an incredible fusion.

A superb discovery! A very pleasant restaurant. The meal was truly generous, and the price was more than reasonable. A wonderful Valentine's Day meal. An address to keep in mind. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and exemplary service. Thank you, Chef, for this excellent meal.

We had a lovely time with our family at the Christmas market. We only had hot drinks, however, the staff were very helpful despite the crowds at this time of year.

The restaurant was empty, which was a shame. It was cozy, perhaps a little cold, but the service was very friendly. The tarte flambée served on a wooden board was delicious. The prices were reasonable.

Brasserie le Stern

22/12/2025: A cute cafe with excellent service. I had just arrived from Paris on a Sunday morning and it was very cold outside. Fortunately I came across this place and it was so comfortable there. The staff member there was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered a coffee and a pain au chocolat. It was very relaxing and quiet too.
20/12/2025: A 10/10 service. A very pleasant experience! The waiter was very attentive and responded very quickly to our requests. Very reasonable prices for unparalleled quality! A place to remember for a drink or a lunch break.
