We ate there as a family. My wife, my daughter, and I. The pizzas were very good, and the servers were very pleasant and smiling! Excellent, I highly recommend it.

Looking for the best pizza in Aix-en-Provence, we tried this place specializing in Neapolitan pizzas. The pizzas are very reasonably priced for Aix-en-Provence and are perfect for Neapolitan pizza lovers. The dough is really well made, which is essential for a good pizza, provided you like crusts with thick edges. One small point for improvement is the service. Upon arrival, there was some confusion regarding our reservation. And at the end of the meal, we felt a bit rushed out. The bill and then the card were brought to us a few minutes apart, even though we hadn't asked for them. A good place to eat a Neapolitan pizza at a reasonable price, but a few improvements to the service would be appreciated.

In our quest for the best pizza in Aix-en-Provence, we went to Le Piston. It's a restaurant I often walk past and always notice the beautiful pizzas. Considering the location, I find the pizzas reasonably priced. For lovers of Neapolitan pizza, the crust is incredible—everything I look for in a pizza. I did notice, however, that some of the ingredients weren't of the highest quality, but for the price of a sit-down pizza, it's acceptable. On the downside, we ordered the Pata Negra, and the ham was far too thick, making it very difficult to eat. The sun-dried tomatoes weren't very good, which spoiled the pizza. Disappointed, especially for the price. I also noticed that we were somewhat rushed out. They brought us the bill and the card reader three minutes later, even though we hadn't asked for anything. Not great.

A fantastic welcome! A huge thank you to Taous and Medhi for their smiles, service, and professionalism. The pizzas are truly delicious, and the team is incredibly attentive. Plus, they have a great business spirit with very affordable prices. I highly recommend it!

The hospitality and delicious dinner were great. I visited because I was craving meat, and I really finished everything on the plate. The cooking and tenderness of the meat, as well as the service, were excellent :)

A fantastic experience at Le Piston! A lovely restaurant with friendly, welcoming, and attentive staff. The portions are generous, delicious, and there's plenty of choice. All this at a great price. A delightful place that we highly recommend!

12/09/2026: I stopped at this restaurant hoping to enjoy the mango tartare on the menu, but I was told it wasn't available that day. Once seated, and my husband having made his choice and ordered it, out of respect for the restaurant owner, I didn't want to leave. I gave the waiter free rein to serve me a salad without any meat. So, thank you to the chef and the waiter, as I thoroughly enjoyed a very delicious salad. Thank you also to the owner of this restaurant for coming to see me and apologizing. We will return, but I will call ahead to reserve the fruity tartare. 😉 It's a very welcoming little restaurant where it's pleasant to chat with your neighbors. Returned yesterday, September 11, 2026, to this restaurant. The aioli was very good, however, a 50cl carafe of rosé and a 25cl non-alcoholic beer: €19.50, too expensive. Drink prices have gone up, but still 😔.
