A very pleasant family lunch. The welcome was warm and the service attentive without being pushy. The dishes were well-prepared, tasty, and generous. The dining room is clean and the atmosphere relaxed, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal. A lovely place where you feel right at home.

I came for Valentine's Day lunch; the restaurant was full and the meal was delicious. The wine pairing was perfect. Well done!

I'd been told about a chic place, and we were really looking forward to it. We ended up between two very noisy tables of 20-25 people, and in the middle, three tables of 2-4 people (who seemed to be wondering each other, "What are we doing here?"), including ours. It was difficult to talk to each other, hard to hear each other, a cacophony reminiscent of a school cafeteria that ultimately influenced our tastes and perceptions. The surprise menu: we ordered four perfect eggs, but one of them "escaped" and was served to us anyway. Otherwise, the meat was cooked perfectly, the slow-cooked veal was very enjoyable, and the dessert was acceptable but unremarkable. I would have preferred to have been informed that the restaurant was half-booked for birthdays or other events (I understand the financial constraints and the need to fill the establishment), which would have given us the option of postponing our reservation. Judging by the way the restaurant is presented, it's a completely different world, totally out of place. It's a shame, as this marked our first and last time here. Perhaps that particular evening wasn't representative, but it was still a missed opportunity.

Excellent restaurant, cozy atmosphere, fresh produce, extremely kind staff, and a chef guided by the concept of pleasure; his love for his craft is evident in every dish. Bonus: they offer delicious meals for people with dietary restrictions. Highly recommended.

Excellent value for money for a weekday lunch. The food is delicious and the service impeccable. A very nice place to eat in Ares.

An establishment we've known for over 20 years. The dishes are always beautifully presented and quite well executed. Our most recent experience was on New Year's Eve. The service was a little disjointed but still pleasant. Special mention for the quality and presentation of the dessert (a big bravo!). We enjoyed the setting just as much in winter as in summer.

Finally, we got a table! Not so lucky in the middle of summer. Very good meal, good service. A little lacking in side dishes with the Angus beef.

The four stars are for the quality of the food. However, there are quite a few things that need improvement for a restaurant of this caliber. The waiters, while charming, aren't entirely professional (no explanation of the surprise menu upon arrival, forgotten cutlery change, bread basket not replenished). The only major drawback was that the sea bass portion was significantly overcooked. A disappointment that still warrants four stars, but be warned.
