Excellent restaurant with delicious food and very good service. Great welcome.

This is a very nice stop on the road to the south! A pleasant and attentive welcome, and thoughtful towards our dear little four-legged travelers, from staff who seem comfortable in their own skin. A beautiful, well-kept establishment with interesting architecture, with its suspended lounge, its terrace adorned with superb lime trees and all flowered! Careful decor, comfortable rooms. And refined and delicious cuisine including for breakfast where you can taste the excellent homemade jams. A very safe address to go and recharge your batteries in the heart of the beautiful Dordogne valley and close to the pretty village of Vitrac, its beautiful church which calls for meditation and its attractive café/artist gallery, "l'école buissonnière" not to be missed!

Completely renovated, clean, quiet, and very pleasant hotel. The rooms are very nice, with comfortable bedding—no complaints. The breakfast is very decent, although it might be missing a hot option, but the price would be more reasonable. At dinner, the restaurant moves quickly and efficiently, with a varied and good menu, and a lively and cheerful atmosphere (monastery lovers... avoid). Special mention to the staff, all pleasant and smiling. A pleasure.

Excellent welcome and delicious cuisine at the restaurant. Succulent seared foie gras and slow-cooked pork chop. A real treat.

Perfect hotel and restaurant. Spacious rooms with king-size beds and very clean bathrooms, completely renovated with all the necessary amenities. They are also completely soundproofed and blocked out from outside light with shutters and curtains. The meals are delicious and generous, featuring Périgord dishes. The breakfast buffet is varied and well-stocked. The staff are very friendly and attentive. You can book without hesitation.

We knew this restaurant from a year ago and we just had lunch there with friends and it was excellent as we remembered. Very pleasant and efficient service. An excellent address at the entrance (or exit) of the Dordogne valley
