This restaurant which offers a very pretty sheltered terrace is well worth the detour - in addition to an extremely friendly and attentive welcome and service which is unfortunately increasingly rare, the dishes we chose were delicious and plentiful - thank you for this good time !

Geweldig restaurant om met het gezin uit eten te gaan. Midden in het centrum van Bordeaux. Overzichtelijke kaart.. verse producten zoals zalm en tonijn.. wat ze bereiden is gewoon goed ! Vriendelijke bediening .. reserveren is niet nodig (wel gedaan en kon via internet site) . Stevig prijskaartje maar dat mag als je goede en verse producten voorschotelt .

My wife and I dined at Le Plana during a visit to Bordeaux over spring break. We walked down from our Airbnb, which was near Cathedrale Saint-Andre. We shared the carpaccio for our appetizer. My wife had a salad with smoked duck, foie gras, and crispy fried gizzards. I had the bream and vegetables. The food was excellent and the service was very good. It was a first class brasserie.

Comme d'habitude très bon. Un petit bémol avec les desserts : attente de 32 mn. Du coup, un des desserts à base de glace, était fondu, et pas très apprécié. Manque de personnel un dimanche ?

03/12/2024: Mixed opinion. The place is nicely decorated, the dish was good, but surprised by the portion of the dish alone at 15€ which was smaller than the version in the brunch at 25€ including 2 drinks, a savory dish, a granola and a dessert… Reserving on the restaurant's website is laborious, you have to wait for the restaurant to accept while you choose the available slots. I had to call the restaurant 2 hours later for them to validate my reservation request.
01/12/2024: Excellent brunch, original savory dishes. Great service also even with people.

LE POINT ROUGE

06/08/2024: Excellent subdued atmosphere in this cocktail bar where the bartenders are very attentive to the customers. A very nice cocktail menu and suggestions based on tastes, all done to perfection. The boards and tapas are excellent.
23/07/2024: delicious cocktail... beautiful venue... friendly barman... correct price... if you happen to be in Bordeaux, take a step further along the Garonne (city side) and go to this place... the bathrooms are also very nice ... to come back if it happens!
