Sweeney Todd's sur Bordeaux

Probably the best pub in Bordeaux. The burgers and other dishes are prepared with uncommon flair and in generous portions. The menu changes seasonally, with different burgers each week, more tartare in the summer, and pies in the winter. The traditional fish and chips, with minty mushy peas, is served year-round. On weekends, a full English breakfast is offered, and on Sundays during the winter, they serve the sonorro, a magnificently roasted meat. If you think the English aren't known for their cuisine, head straight to Sweeney Todd's; you'll change your mind! A special mention goes to the staff, who are exceptionally friendly!

A hidden gem! The food is truly excellent (original burgers, pies, and English breakfast are a must!). The service is lovely, the atmosphere is always great, and the Dirty Maggies are as refreshing as ever!
