A very pleasant surprise at this restaurant. The menu has a small selection of dishes, but everything is homemade and absolutely delicious! Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. Definitely worth a try!

We went there for the Valentine's Day menu, unfortunately there was a long wait, very few servers, so our main course was cold. We arrived at 7:30 pm and left at 10:30 pm. The young waitress was doing her best, charming but overwhelmed. It's a shame, we were a little disappointed.

We went to Le Bure on Saturday evening. The food was good, really good, and perfectly executed. The atmosphere is cozy with attentive service. We'll definitely be back.

The Italian restaurant is gone, and it's back to its original location as a brasserie that was once very popular with the locals of Tours! We were surprised to find ourselves there on the very first day of the new concept. The daily special was excellent, and the sauerkraut was very generous with its charcuterie. The menu is more limited than other brasseries, hopefully allowing for higher quality dishes! The very friendly waiters and the particularly pleasant atmosphere with its tasteful decor are still there.

Fantastic restaurant! The food is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the servers and owners are very friendly. I highly recommend the truffle pizza and the gelato da strada, whose unique design the owner will be happy to explain. Finally, I must mention the beautiful setting; the exterior is inviting, and once inside, you'll want to linger.

A little outing with friends yesterday, the team was incredibly professional and friendly. Actually, as we were leaving, I realized that since we all paid by credit card, we forgot the tip 🤦🏽‍♀️ I had a problem with my dish, but they were fantastic; I wasn't even expecting that much, and of course, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

03/05/2026: We didn’t have a reservation on a rainy Sunday and were given the option of 3 different 2-top tables on the ground floor. Those who had a reservation were seated on the floor above. We ordered an entree+plat combo. Squid salad + faux filet de bœuf and the velouté carrote + truffled tagliatelles with foie gras and prosciutto. We also sampled the only by-the-glass red from Val de Loire on the menu. 1- dishes are artfully presented; 2-meats and foie gras are cooked to perfection ; 3- value for price paid (on the low side); 4- service was a mix of kind & hospitable (woman) and proud & discriminating (man); 5-building and dining room had so much character. It was a lovely first meal in Tours!

07/06/2026: The meal was excellent, but the service was unresponsive and slow. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty at the time (end of service), on a Saturday at 2 pm, the servers took 20 minutes to bring our coffees because they were resting or chatting amongst themselves and not working. After several attempts to get our coffees back, we decided to give up on ordering desserts and coffees and left. It took far too long to have at least four or five people in the dining room working and not moving because they seemed unwilling to help. This gives a very bad impression of the restaurant, which is a real shame because the meal itself was excellent.
04/06/2026: A very warm welcome. Delicious Italian dishes and more...served with a smile. I highly recommend it.
