⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent place! The burgers are truly homemade, with quality ingredients and delicious buns. The homemade fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside—a real treat. A wonderful experience. Delicious cuisine prepared by Chef Roland. Everything is homemade, from the burger buns to the fruit coulis. A lovely shaded terrace away from the crowds. A truly excellent place!

I stuffed myself with those little bouchot mussels in cream sauce, much better than mussels marinière, the very cheerful lady who greeted, seated, and served me advised. She was right! And those homemade fries, like the bread, which I insisted on trying. An iceberg lettuce dessert, my favorite, and licked my lips, all for a more than reasonable price.

The food is very good, the burgers are 100% homemade and you can taste the difference (the fries too, by the way). The service is warm and quick, I highly recommend it, see you soon!

Great location tucked away at the end of an alley. The hamburgers are excellent with homemade bread... The service is just as good. It's a very pleasant place.

08/05/2026: The hotel is a bit outdated. The room was comfortable, but not spotlessly clean. There was a very strong cooking smell coming from the kitchen in the hotel, and unfortunately, in our room as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to park for free in front of the hotel. It is located right in the center of Dol de Bretagne.
14/04/2026: Back again, drawn by nostalgia... The food is as delicious as ever. The service is always impeccable. 2024: A pleasant stay in a cozy and comfortable hotel located in a charming little town steeped in history. The food is excellent; the varied and flavorful dishes are served with care and a smile.

04/07/2026: We were on holiday nearby and stumbled upon this little restaurant by chance. The waitress spoke little English, but was very friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The menu was only in French, which wasn't a problem at all. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and the portions were generous enough that everyone would be satisfied. The drinks selection left nothing to be desired. I highly recommend a local bottle of cider – it was absolutely fantastic. If you're ever in the area, be sure to stop by. The specialty was the baby pig confit. The burgers were the highlight for our children. The daily specials are highly recommended. Once again, a big thank you to the chef and the waitstaff for a wonderful evening.
