Although the room faced the sea, it didn't get any sunlight... which is a shame. However, the resort is still very pleasant and the staff are excellent.

A timeless escape awaits at this beautifully decorated hotel, offering all the perfect amenities for relaxation and letting go. The wellness area is spotless, very spacious, and boasts breathtaking sea views. The staff are simply delightful, professional, and caring. Special mention to Julie at reception. Considering the price of the one-night stay plus four treatments, the services offered were very basic, even disappointing. The pool water was cold, flip-flops were extra, and there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room. Furthermore, there was a scheduling error in our treatment plan. We arrived for breakfast at 9:45 a.m., nothing had been replenished, and by 9:58 a.m. the servers were already clearing the tables. Aside from these few negative points, the thalassotherapy staff was very welcoming, dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and it was pleasant to enjoy the facilities.

I've just returned from a short thalassotherapy break with my daughter at the Thalazur in Cabourg. It was perfect, and I want to particularly emphasize the quality of the welcome from all the staff members we interacted with. It was more than appreciated, with a special mention for the kindness of the restaurant waitresses. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Quality treatments. Ideal location. Quality food. If I had to make one "criticism," it would be the lack of storage space in the room. But really, it's not a big deal, especially for a weekend. Thank you all, I'll definitely be back!

23/04/2026: Passing through Cabourg, we stopped by chance during our stroll. The food was excellent, simple and satisfying. The welcome and service were outstanding, with smiles, good humor, and a genuine warmth that's rare these days. We were delighted with our visit! We look forward to returning! 😋
