Excellent fondue. Ice cream too. Pleasant service.

The setting is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and attentive. However, we were extremely disappointed with the meal. The menu offers many tempting and delicious-looking dishes. The shrimp rougail recommended by the waitress was good, but unfortunately very basic and, above all, the portion was woefully inadequate: three shrimp, not one more, in a shrimp rougail! For a dish that showcases shrimp, I find this truly disappointing, especially considering the price. The ice cream sundae, on the other hand, was generous, but it had clearly run during preparation, making it quite difficult to eat without making a mess. It's a shame, because the setting is superb and the welcome was pleasant. We were simply hoping for an experience worthy of the location.

A restaurant not to be missed during a stay in Barcelonnette. We hadn't booked and it was full when we arrived, but the owner suggested we come back 30 minutes later, which we did, and we certainly don't regret it! Everything was perfect! Excellent welcome, magnificent patio, very high-quality food, all served by attentive staff who were clearly happy to have us!
