Our favorite restaurant in Barcelonette... Before trying it, I hated lamb... and this lamb shank recipe has reconciled me with this generous, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth meat! I'd been avoiding it for 50 years! I gave the rest of my fries to my friend, who ordered a gratin dauphinois. He loved it and didn't have room for dessert... A huge thank you!

We went here because my wife wanted a tuna steak and I'd never tried mole, a Mexican sauce. I can only say that both were absolutely delicious. The service was very friendly and efficient, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

30/07/2026: On vacation, we went to this restaurant as a group of 20 and we loved it. Then we went back as a family of three and it was still fantastic: a very warm welcome, excellent food, great service, and more than reasonable prices. We were delighted and we'll be back. And as an added bonus, the staff's cheerfulness is a real plus.
