The service was far too slow. I understand it was busy, but serving people who arrived after us is simply unacceptable. We arrived at 7:15 PM. It's now 8:45 PM and I still haven't been served my main course. I contacted the waiter again. He explained the delay (a technical problem in the kitchen). Okay, no problem, I can understand that, but not serving other people who arrived after us. I should mention that the staff apologized and offered a gesture of goodwill.

A great choice! We ordered the €36 set menu: Carpaccio as a starter, sauerkraut as a main course, and profiteroles as a dessert—everything was delicious. I especially loved the sauerkraut; it was amazing! The waiter was a very friendly young man! We'll be back!

We had dinner at this restaurant on Sunday evening, the last night of the Barcelonnette Latino-Mexican Festival, and we had a wonderful evening. We hadn't made a reservation, and the restaurant was full. However, Vickel had promised us a table at 9 pm, a great one, and he kept his word! And what can I say about the food… everything was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and generous, with cuisine that truly delighted us. A real treat for the taste buds! But above all, we were lucky enough to have an absolutely exceptional waiter. Vickel is full of humor, attentive, and genuinely caring towards his customers. His kindness, professionalism, and good humor really made all the difference and greatly contributed to making our evening so enjoyable. A huge thank you to Vickel for his warm welcome, his kindness, and this wonderful experience! A waiter like him is a real asset to any restaurant. We will gladly return… and if you are lucky enough to be served by Vickel, you are in very good hands! 😊

We ate there at lunchtime. The welcome was very pleasant. The food was delicious. The lamb shank was a real treat. I loved it. I highly recommend it.
