The waitress was awesome!!! She was kind, polite and very helpful to two Americans (who could not speak French) on a business trip. This was the best meal I had for the week of my travels!
I had the beef steak with morels. I requested it be cooked medium-rare and it cam perfectly cooked. Great price for the food quality, excellent service and friendly waitress.

Being in Puy for a weekend, we were able to eat in several restaurants.
The pepper tree is by far the best place we have been to.
The service was perfect with a pleasant and very professional waitress and the cuisine, what can I say… Magnificent plates filled with stunning flavors.

When we opened the door of this restaurant, we were far from suspecting what awaited us: beyond the more than perfect service, the welcoming with a smile, the pleasure for the eyes with each arrival of a new plate, we were able to appreciate the explanations of what we were going to taste, and more than anything: the flavor of each dish. Unbeatable value for money.

A wonderful restaurant, a very friendly waitress (she changed our bottle of wine twice without any problem) and a wonderful kindness, the cuisine is of superb quality and unbeatable value for money. I recommend this restaurant and we will come back thank you again

A very good discovery during our weekend in Le Puy on the advice of locals. Impeccable welcome and service, delicious, intelligent and generous cuisine. We don't get bored in front of the plate and that's the main thing! Thanks again.
