On Valentine's Day evening 💌 we received a very warm welcome. The cuisine was original, classic, but not only that… The place is very pleasant. You must experience it for lunch because the view is breathtaking. We will return.

Discovering this restaurant The "Around the Pond" menu at €35 was very good value: sea bream and guinea fowl with excellent sauces and perfectly cooked. The "Eel Tasting" menu at €45 was a succession of eels cooked the same way but with different sauces: average because the eels were too chewy. However, the bourride and civet were excellent. A minor complaint about the potatoes, Jerusalem artichokes, and kiwis, which were not peeled. Excellent desserts. The service was very pleasant, although those who ordered the "Around the Pond" menu had to wait for the five courses of the eel menu. A very pleasant view of the pond, despite the overcast weather. A very good restaurant with excellent value for money. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and of high quality. The welcome is warm and the service pleasant. We will gladly return. An address I highly recommend.

Access difficult, beware if handicapped in anyway, menu over ambitious full of promises not kept but a good effort . Excellent service and welcome from the lady at the front desk, nice decor. Placed too near the other table although lots of space available.

The tour group dined here, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food came out at just the right speed, and it was delicious. Eel dishes are rare, and this one was very flavorful. The soup and the restaurant's drinks were also very tasty and smooth. The dessert was the perfect finishing touch—a fig cake that was fragrant but not too sweet.

We had a wonderful time. We opted for the "eel tasting menu," a seven-course meal with a carefully selected local wine pairing for each course. We enjoyed three white wines, one rosé, two reds, and finally, a liqueur-based dessert. This tasting menu was a feast for both the eyes and the palate, with eels prepared in a variety of ways. The dessert consisted of three portions of local specialties (Narbonne-style fig tart, licorice crepe mille-feuille, and cherry ice cream), perfect for sampling a wide range of flavors. The waitress was very friendly and professional, and all the dishes and wines were explained in detail. The view of the pond is lovely, even though the sun was a bit lacking today. I highly recommend this restaurant to all food lovers! 😊
