Everything was perfect 👍 in quantity and quality, it was really good.

Closed for holidays, not notified on the website. What a shame!

A great find! The guinea fowl and suckling pig dishes were delicious, and the homemade desserts were good and reasonably priced. I was a little less impressed with the very limited selection of wines offered by the glass. I'll be back to try other dishes.

A wonderful discovery in Saumur! French cuisine featuring fresh, seasonal, and expertly prepared ingredients. Delightful and surprising flavors. I've visited twice, once as a couple and once with friends, and have always received a warm welcome. I highly recommend it.

The best part: excellent food, but... Don't bring a dog... It's not indicated at the entrance! The dining room is dark... We'd barely sat down when the waiter asked, "Still or sparkling water?..." Whoa! Thanks, let us get in!" Starter: A sort of sea bream carpaccio, a real treat. Seasonal menu... In autumn, lots of pork (4 courses that day, including 1 starter). We chose the suckling pig; a very generous portion, absolutely excellent. Us: "Can we change the garnish?" The waiter: "NO! The chef won't allow it!" Well, that's that! We decided to call it a day! We'll stop by La Duchesse Anne (a very good pastry shop in the center of Saumur) for two desserts. We'll have dessert... at home! With two glasses of Crémant and two glasses of wine. Around one hundred euros! That's expensive! In short, kudos for the food, but the rest... Less than mediocre. There's a lot of work to be done before this "tough place" becomes a place worth recommending! Oh! I almost forgot: the cleaning lady who keeps going back and forth between the tables with a broom and a bucket of water and detergent!!!
