Exquisite cuisine, our best meal in the Loire Valley. The octopus carpaccio was perfectly delicate, as it should be, with a very interesting presentation. The guinea fowl ballotine was truly juicy and flavorful, while my husband's pork confit was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The service was efficient and attentive. The only slight drawback was the lack of air conditioning on a sweltering day with mosquitoes, which made the atmosphere a little oppressive. Even investing in a small fan would have been beneficial. Otherwise, I highly recommend this restaurant!

Excellent from start to finish, with impeccable service, all in a charming setting.
The dishes are high quality, with a clear emphasis on homemade and local ingredients, and they certainly don't skimp on the portions.
Considering all that, the bill wasn't high at all.

A truly wonderful restaurant. Impeccable service and vibrant, lively cuisine. A beautiful interior setting. Everything is 100% homemade, and the Aubrac pork is sublime, just like the rest of the dishes. A wine cellar curated by connoisseurs; a truly delightful experience away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Saumur. Right next to the Notre Dame des Ardilliers chapel. Thank you to the entire team.
