A very charming bistro near the Loire River (not visible from the dining room or terrace, I should point out), but no less delightful! The menu is varied, traditional, and affordable. It's a lovely place to be, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal 😋

Pleasure! A place to share beautiful and original dishes. Sunny terrace at lunchtime. Efficient and friendly service (10am-11pm on certain days!).

What a wonderful place! There were ten of us, and everything was perfect: generous portions, an excellent Banka trout for a starter—a rare find in restaurants, a must-try. A light spelt risotto with a superbly executed green sauce, and a chocolate dessert with just the right amount of sweetness. You really must experience this chef's cuisine. The service is excellent. In Saumur, you absolutely must eat at this bouchon.

A great find! The guinea fowl and suckling pig dishes were delicious, and the homemade desserts were good and reasonably priced. I was a little less impressed with the very limited selection of wines offered by the glass. I'll be back to try other dishes.

11/04/2026: Absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it! My experience there was truly wonderful. The service is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food is delicious, and the interior is stunning, with a charming vintage style that I absolutely love. I highly recommend it!
