Having dined at several Michelin-starred restaurants, this one is among our favorites. The cuisine is very plant-based, very refined, with beautiful flavors from start to finish. The service is impeccable.

Excellent restaurant. The balance of flavors is very well managed. The chef deserves his two stars.
After reading the reviews, I had two concerns:
1- The speed of service. We specified that we didn't want to stay at the table for more than 3 hours. This was the case (as the restaurant wasn't full).
2- The atmosphere with the servers. Indeed, there was one server who was very cold with an attitude that didn't make you want to linger, but we didn't encounter him often. Special mention goes to the youngest server who was very dynamic, very professional, and very pleasant.
In terms of price, the best compromises are the €55 or €75 menus.
For the menu with the most courses, the value for money (€195) is less appealing. But considering the ambiance and the details like the silver cutlery, I think the price is quite reasonable.

The food is excellent. The sommelier is exceptional, and the service is very good, especially from the only woman who served us that evening—always smiling and very professional.
On the other hand, I can't understand why having two Michelin stars immediately implies a tense, uninspired, and overly pretentious atmosphere. It's much more pleasant to be in a place with good food and a good ambiance than in a place where it seems like if you place your hand in the wrong position, people will judge you. I know other Michelin-starred restaurants that offer a much more normal atmosphere.
Another point to note is that the portions are very generous, which is very enjoyable. However, 13 courses is too much; we left feeling stuffed.
In short, great food, great service, but relax, and I think seven courses would be more than enough.
The two local wines were incredible!

We came for lunch on a Saturday with friends after booking based on several recommendations.
While all the dishes seemed very good, we were a little disappointed because we were expecting a more "surprising" experience, dishes with a bit more spice, and a greater "wow" factor on our plates.
However, the three dishes featuring oysters, asparagus, and pan-seared foie gras did meet our expectations!

It was a pleasure to discover Chef Xavier Beaudiment's cuisine and the flavors and culinary message he wanted to share with us. On Sunday evening, my nephew invited us to enjoy the Sunday evening menu, and everything was perfect. The welcome, the service—from the maître d'hôtel to the sommelier, not forgetting the various staff members—it was a seamless and attentive performance, showcasing exceptional professionalism. We'll definitely be back soon.
