The welcome was perfect, no complaints whatsoever. Pleasant setting. Disappointed by some of the dishes on the "Winter in Our Mountains" menu. A bit pricey compared to the 3- and 4-course menus.

A wonderful experience this Sunday evening. We loved the 5-course "Dans nos plaines" menu, which offered excellent value for money. Everything was there. A feast for the senses. We were delighted first with our eyes, then with our taste buds. The combinations of the dishes with the herbs and spices were magical. Thank you for this wonderful journey, Xavier Beaudiment. Thank you also for your generosity in democratizing culinary art by making an effort to make it accessible to a wider range of budgets; it's a remarkable open-mindedness. Finally, thank you to the teams, the entire kitchen brigade, and the service staff. Just one small thing. I know I'm getting older and my hearing probably isn't as good, but dear servers, please speak a little louder and slower when announcing the dishes...it's a shame to miss part of it. I asked you to repeat it once or twice, not wanting to miss anything. In short, our dining experience was sublime, and we wholeheartedly recommend this top-notch restaurant, which undoubtedly deserves its 2 stars, given its sheer perfection. A huge thank you to everyone, and we'll definitely be back soon. A fan.

New Year's Eve 2025 was a bit disappointing with the food and wine pairing; it was more of a tasting menu. The welcome wasn't warm, and we thought we'd be exchanging New Year's greetings there, but no, everything was rushed through. However, the food was excellent. In conclusion, for a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, it fell a little short of our expectations.

It's magical ❣️ An absolute favorite. The chef is simply exceptional, with remarkable creativity and skill. His team is incredibly attentive, caring, and deeply professional, making the experience even more precious. You come here to eat… and you have the chance to stay overnight, extending a timeless moment in a place where everything is meticulously planned and refined. Each stay is a unique, genuine, and memorable experience. This establishment is undoubtedly in my top 5, maybe even my top 3, restaurants. We can't wait to return to relive this exceptional interlude. Thank you.

Inventive and refined cuisine, a delight and a journey worth the price (200 euros for the set menu), the essentials are all there. A few possible improvements: the chef is not seen in the dining room, the bread (only white) is unremarkable, the wine by the glass is stingy, and the service would be more satisfactory if one of the employees didn't have such heavy-handed humor.

Top-notch restaurant. Excellent quality and presentation of the dishes. Perfect service, a touch of humor, lovely smiles, discretion—bravo! We'll gladly return.
