Very good brewery. While passing through Valenciennes, we took the test and we were not disappointed. We will go back!

The welcome is super friendly and the service is fast and efficient. We had a very pleasant time. Their fries are delicious because in Valenciennes it is difficult to find fresh fries! But recently the alcohol has been diluted strangely with ice cubes, there are no small profits...

Dinner for 2. The staff were excellent. The food was also very good with generous portions. In fact the only reasons I didn’t give 5 🌟 is that the area outside, where we ate (with our dog), was scruffy with broken glass etc. and the toilet door lock was broken. Right in the city centre so good for atmosphere and people watching.

One evening, you are visiting Valenciennes, or even during the day. It is quite possible that you will feel the urge to drink or eat. In this case, look no further, near the town hall there is a perfect place for you, the Brasserie le Président. You will perhaps be welcomed by Sarah, she will offer to quench your thirst with a good cold beer and, like me, will offer you to taste a delicious carbonade, this northern dish that the whole world envies. Any resistance will be futile and you will have an excellent time which will make you say, definitely the people of the north are very friendly.

The staff is very friendly in the dining room, however I find that the prices are a little high. We ordered a chair board that was missing several things mentioned on the board. The chti burger lacks maroilles and cooking is not always respected.

Un accueil chaleureux , un service efficace et souriant. Nous étions en famille avec une personne très âgée et une petite de 4 ans, le service était tout à fait adapter et bienveillant. Les plats étaient très bon et copieux. Le chef vient à chaque table après le service. Nous recommandons.

26/02/2025: your explanations for your closure are more than risky you know very well that the covid crisis plus the economic crisis plus the transformation of the Place d'Arme into a pedestrian zone which caused the surrounding businesses to lose 40% of their customers plus the closure of the Passage des Flanders on December 3 completed the disaster in just 3 months 10 license 4 establishments (bars bistros restaurants) closed for bankruptcy! in Valenciennes you are the 10th and everyone noted this so as not to incriminate the municipal team when it is the turn of the SET I wonder how you will react! note: responding to a dissatisfied customer the day before the permanent closure of the establishment that you are going to improve the table service is at the highest level!
