After a very good meal on Monday with friends, we decided to go and celebrate our 54th wedding anniversary at Prévert. Not disappointed, quite the contrary, the foie gras is delicious (very nice slice), the forest escalope delicious, as well as the kidneys, without forgetting the French toast with the scoop of ice cream. Congratulations to the staff with very good mention to the young lady and thank you to the Boss for welcoming us with a smile and BRAVO for his cooking. We will return there very soon. Real little estaminet, often full, I couldn't taste the Welsh cheddar unfortunately, the prices are fair, the homemade foie gras is excellent

I went there to eat while on a business trip, and it was a delicious meal even for Japanese people. It's quite popular so it's best to make a reservation. I will go again next time.

Estaminet in the city center of Douai with unpretentious decor. The tables are very close together and the general atmosphere is rather noisy and lively. The reception is basic and the wording of the dishes on the slate on the wall is difficult to read. The wines displayed, for example Bordeaux Chateau xxx, will not necessarily be those actually served, which happened to us and may be embarrassing. Nevertheless, it is a place of tradition which has survived the years and deserves to be visited to form an opinion/

Carpaccio de bœuf excellent accompagné de légumes frais en salade aussi excellents suivi d une tarte aux abricots tiède un vrai régal. À recommander sans hésiter. Bravo à Marc et son équipe toujours aussi accueillants et attentionnés.

11/07/2024: A simply perfect brunch and the person who served us was so lovely. All the raw vegetables are well washed with vinegar, which allowed the pregnant person with us to enjoy too.
