Wonderful, beautifully situated hotel. We stayed for 4 nights in mid' September. As with all great hotels, the staff make the difference. We had some issues with our car on arrival, Phillipe at reception was super helpful, providing immediate and ongoing help to sort out the situation during our stay. Great that we were met in the hotel car park on arrival and our bags taken to the room. All staff were friendly and courteous and all restaurant recommendations for dining in Villeneuve-les Avignon were excellent.

12/02/2026: An exceptional evening (January 31st), a crazy atmosphere, an incredible ambiance, and all in a friendly setting. However, dancing was difficult... Please provide a dance floor! Easy access, professional welcome, fast service. Maison Bronzini is simply a gem.
31/01/2026: We arrived on time, thinking we'd booked here, but we'd actually made a mistake and booked at the restaurant in downtown Avignon. The young lady who greeted us quickly found us a table at the restaurant. We were served by Loys, who was friendly, professional, and courteous—a huge plus. Congratulations all round, we'll definitely be back.

17/01/2026: Discovered by chance... If for you, a restaurant means a sumptuous dining room, fine china, and crystal glasses, then this isn't the place for you—you've come to the wrong address! But if you're looking for a warm welcome, a surprisingly delicious meal, quality ingredients expertly prepared (the fish was cooked exceptionally well), and a more than reasonable price, then you've come to the right place! An address to remember and frequent without hesitation. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!
