For several years, my father and I have regularly had lunch or dinner at Procopio, and each time we come away completely satisfied. The food is delicious, with generous portions for each dish. The service is impeccable and the staff are both professional and friendly. This helps create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
I highly recommend this restaurant!

Always pleasant welcome, efficient and fast service, waiters and waitresses always attentive but without being intrusive.
Although not innovative, the Procopio menu will meet the expectations of the most demanding with a wide choice of salads, pizzas, meat or fish, even our vegetarian opinions are not left out with an intuitive and well-established menu.
It's a bit like our Monday evening meeting with colleagues and even if we are often the last to leave the place (the best for last ;) no sign of haste or inconvenience is ever felt.
A good address for any occasion, highly recommended!

Stopped here on spec and had the menu de jour which was superb selection, great flavours and excellent value which includes 25cl of wine or a coffee per person. We were seated early just after midday so managed to get a table for four in the small courtyard opposite which was lucky as the whole place filled up very quickly so clearly popular. When we left at 1.30 they were still taking orders from new arrivals so presumably happy to serve late lunches. Well worth a visit but probably best to book especially mid summer.

Randomly during our search for a restaurant, we arrived in front of Le Procopio and it was a very nice surprise. Super warm welcome even for all the service, always a smile, a kind word. We had a very pleasant and interesting exchange with the boss. And as for our meal, we enjoyed it, fresh products, very well cooked. And the desserts, AT THE TOP!!! Very good address for foodies and gourmets. Homemade desserts with great finesse, tiramifruit is killer👍😄

While passing through Saintes, I took my meal break at Procopio. I was very well received and served quickly. The team was friendly and efficient. The lunch menu is good value for money. I recommend without worries!

Toute l équipe est très accueillante, souriante, polie, c est devenu rare et ça fait très plaisir. Arrivés au dernier moment, sans réservation dans un établissement déjà bien rempli, on se sent bienvenus malgré tout.
Quel plaisir de voir la pâte travaillée à la main !
Les plats sont copieux, les prix raisonnables.
Bref un sans faute !!
