His cuisine is that of the heart. I humbly nickname him the poet of the taste buds. This bard in the kitchen is Nicolas, the chef. A strong personality, a cuisine rich in flavors and know-how. It is the love of well-made, mastered, tasty cuisine. It is the choice of quality, without any concession. He sublimates according to his inspirations, always taking great care. It is, for example, veal sweetbreads cooked with art; never encountered elsewhere (A killing some would say 😉). The terrace, enclosed between buildings, is royally calm (it reminds me of certain confidential terraces in Italy 🥰). It is arranged with great charm. When night falls, garlands and lights are subtly positioned to give us the feeling of dining by candlelight. The service and atmosphere are friendly, enhanced, for the moment, by the sweet Chloé, both dynamic and smiling. The prices are reasonable in relation to the service. In a few words: A little gem in the heart of Nantes. An address to remember 😋! We will come back !

Very good experience on the terrace this afternoon. Very good meal with good value for money. The waitress and the kitchen manager took great care. We will come back for sure.

We arrived without reservation, phew accepted, there are two for the service. Starter, main course and dessert of good quality price, we ate in the garden, very beautiful setting

Encore une fois excellent. C'est devenu mon restaurant favoris. La nourriture est toujours excellente et les serveurs sont d'une qualité remarquable. Le parfait exemple entre le naturel et le professionnalisme, ils prennent le temps de vous expliquer les choses et c'est vraiment appréciable. Et la terrasse pour les beaux jours n'est pas côté rue, donc vraiment calme et appréciable. Nous n'avons jamais été déçu en venant, vraiment je recommande grandement l'établissement en tout points !
