A real favorite! Alex, the owner, embodies the art of French hospitality: warm, attentive, always smiling, and exceptionally kind. From the very first moment, you feel at home, but with the refinement of impeccable service. The food is flawless: delicious, generous dishes, prepared with fresh produce and great expertise. Every bite is a pleasure. A special mention goes to the menu, which combines tradition and originality without ever being excessive. And what about the prices? Fair, reasonable, even unbeatable given the quality offered. It's simple: Le Provençal is a must-visit in Uzès. Thank you Alex for this exceptional experience—we'll be back, that's for sure!
