Le P'tit Resto sur Menton

The local cuisine is excellent; you shouldn't be in a hurry, but the food is good and flavorful. It's a pleasure to escape the chain restaurants that sell you on ambiance while serving processed food... here it's the opposite. These are courageous entrepreneurs!

One of the best restaurants I ate at during my stay in Menton. The place is very simple and not a fancy restaurant, but if you're looking for cuisine made with passion and dishes prepared with great care, this is the place. I ordered the honey duck and I can honestly say it was one of the best dishes I've eaten in recent years. The presentation was beautiful, you could see the attention to every detail, the meat was perfectly cooked, and the flavor was exceptional. The portion was also very generous, and the value for money, at €22, was excellent. The best part is that the next day I woke up wanting to eat that very dish again. It's rare for a restaurant to leave me with that desire, but here it happened. Sincere compliments to the chef and all the staff. I will definitely return every time I'm in Menton, and I can't wait to try the other dishes on the menu.

Very interesting place with good cooking and nice service. Lovable and characteristic. People of Menton eat often there.

The food was very good and the staff were friendly. The prices were reasonable and it's close to the sea.

We went there for lunch and it was excellent. The server even helped us in English when our French wasn't sufficient. We sat in front of the bistro under the awning, so the lack of air conditioning didn't bother us.

A great place for dinner with a great atmosphere

The duck breast was perfect, and the decor was lovely. However, the seafood was just average, even a bit too salty. There was no air conditioning. The restaurant was very busy, and the staff was very busy. Asians considering eating seafood here should think twice.
